Operation and Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pulverizers:

1. Initial Setup: After unpacking, carefully check for any damage that may have occurred during transportation. Position the electrical control devices for the main and auxiliary machines, then connect the pipelines. When assembling each pipe flange, apply "Iron Anchor 609" liquid sealant to ensure the tightness of the pipes. Additionally, connect each machine and pipe flange to a grounding line to prevent static sparks and dust explosions.

2. Pre-operation Inspection: Before starting the machines, check for any metal objects inside the machine and remove them. Ensure that the bolts are tightened, the belts are properly tensioned, and the protective covers are secure.

3. Startup Sequence: Start the motors in the following order: close the air door and start the pulverizer -> dust collector -> classification device -> screw feeder -> open the air door -> close the airlock.

4. Idle Operation: After running idle for five minutes, operators should carefully observe the various instruments on the control panel. Only after the idle current is stable should feeding begin. Once feeding starts, the current should not exceed the rated value of 32.6A; otherwise, the feed rate should be reduced to ensure normal operation and discharge time.

5. Shutdown Sequence: Stop in the following order: screw feeder -> after five minutes, stop the pulverizer, dust collector, and classifier -> close the airlock.

6. Classification Adjustment: Use the stepless speed control handle on the classifier to change the rotation speed of the classifier wheel, thereby adjusting the product quality. Increase the speed for finer particle sizes, or decrease the speed for larger particle sizes.
