Star Anise Pulverizer
Inquiry Now
The star anise pulverizer mainly consists of a main machine, a cyclone separator, a pulse dust collector, a high-pressure fan, and an electric control box. The internal components of the pulverizer include hammers, a toothed ring, a pulverizing disk, a classification impeller, wear-resistant liners, and ceramic liners. The equipment is available in models such as 30, 40, 50, 75, 110, 130, 150, and 170. Models can be selected based on equipment specifications or customized according to customer requirements.

Working Principle:

The material processed by the grinding equipment enters the multi-stage classifier through the feeding system for primary classification. Most of the coarse particles are separated, while fine powder mixed with some coarse particles is carried by the ascending air flow into the next classifier for secondary classification. (If multiple particle size ranges are required, additional classifiers are installed.) By adjusting the classifier speed, products of different particle sizes can be obtained. After two stages of classification, finer powder enters the cyclone collector. Even finer micro-powder is carried by the air flow into the bag dust collector, where it is collected at the lower discharge outlet after filtration through the bags. Clean air is then expelled through the high-pressure fan.
