After straw is processed by a straw crusher, it can be used as feed for livestock such as cattle and sheep, or crushed into straw powder for poultry feed like chicken and duck. Corn stalks, after being processed by the crusher, can be used for cultivating fungi like chicken legs, mushrooms, and oyster mushrooms, and the resulting fertilizer can also be used as organic farm manure.

Processed corn stalks can also replace wood in the manufacture of high-density straw boards for construction and decoration, saving significant forestry resources and reducing the pressure on wood demand. The straw pulping method can replace wood pulp in paper-making, with cleaner and more energy-efficient pulping technologies making the paper industry more environmentally friendly in the coming years. The straw crusher should be matched with the specified power of the motor and ensure its rated working speed, avoiding overspeed. When used for fixed operations, the crusher should be installed on a cement base with the top surface not less than 1.2 meters above the ground. For mobile operations, it can be mounted on a steel base or on a tractor with 25 to 50 horsepower.
