After installing the pulverizer, check the tightness of all fasteners, and tighten any that are loose. Also, check whether the belt tension is appropriate. Before starting the pulverizer, manually rotate the rotor to check if the claws, hammers, and rotor are operating smoothly and reliably, ensure there are no collisions inside the housing, confirm that the rotor's rotation direction matches the direction indicated by the machine's arrow, and verify that the lubrication of both the power unit and the pulverizer is adequate. Avoid casually changing the pulleys, as this may cause the rotational speed to be too high, potentially leading to an explosion in the pulverization chamber, or too low, which could affect the pulverizer's efficiency.
